    Grace Ventures welcomes outside insured vendors to help make your day a success.

  • YES we do! Ceremonies can occur inside Grace Barn, outside in the Grove or on the Patio

  • The Grace Barn can accommodate up to 125 seated guests.

    Couples are welcome to rent a tent in order to accommodate a larger number of guests.

    Grace Ventures is located 10 miles north of Rochester NH, 20 miles West of Kennebunk ME and 40 miles south of Portland, ME

  • We celebrate regardless of Mother Natures decision on the day. We are able to shift your ceremony site to the Grace Barn for a California Style wedding should the weather not cooperate.

    Upon purchasing your Day of event insurance policy please keep an eye out for cancellation and postponement insurance eligible to be purchased.

  • Yes! The Grace Barn offers a Women’s and Men’s handicap accessible bathroom.

  • The Grace Barn has 3900 square feet of Spray Foam insulation professionally done by InsuateME. A cross breeze is helpful on hot days along with a coverup on fall evening. We do offer Central Air to keep The Grace Barn "comfortable"

Booking FAQs

  • Please email us at hello@graceweddings.org tating you are ready to book your preferred date and then include a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable.

    Dates are reserved on a first requested basis. Whomever has requested to start the contract process from us by email first for a specific date will be first in line.

  • When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a $1,000 booking fee to be paid.

    A deposit of 25% is due with signed Agreement. Payment of 25% is due no later than six (6) months prior to Event.

    The balance of the event fee is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.

    You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date, so in effect creating your own payment plan on your own schedule.

    Please include the last names of the couple and the wedding date in the memo line if you are mailing a check.

    Full payment is due by the specified due date. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.

  • Cash or Check.

  • We do not keep a cancellation waiting list because cancellations are unpredictable. As soon as a date does become available we post it on our dates page.

  • Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to come out in person to visit the venue. However, you can request a tour (or a Facetime tour if you live out of the area) on our tour request page, but an in person tour is not required prior to booking a date.

Catering & Beverage FAQs

  • Grace Ventures has an on site bar option available for our guests through Poppin Bottles. This conversation will occur during your planning meetings so we can best align the style you would like on your wedding day.

  • You are welcome to utilize the licensed and insured caterers of your choice.

  • The catering vendor you choose is able to help you directly select your food and budget options. We welcome vendors to visit the space during our Open Houses as well.

  • None that we can think of!

Planning FAQs

  • Music and bar conclude by 10:30 pm on Friday’s and Saturday’s, and by 9:00 pm on Sunday’s and weeknights.

  • You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

    All deliveries must happen during the standard rental period. Please advise your vendors of this policy.

  • Unfortunately our Insurance guy frowns on this.

  • Rental or use of the barn requires clients to return the barn and surrounding areas back to original condition. All trash/recycling must be removed from Barn and in appropriate receptacles.

  • Due to the antique nature of the barn, we want to keep it in great condition as long as possible, meaning decorations may not be hung with tape, nails, or screws inside or on the outside of the barn. All decorations must be removed prior to your departure.

  • No. You reserve the space (barn, mini-golf, ceremony grounds) to yourself for the duration of your conract
